Jason Pierce marketed and sold our home in Ridgewood the first day for the full asking price. AND it was Christmas Eve ever! After our listing expired, Jason Pierce was the first agent to reach out to us. We were exhausted from the previous six months of traditional and ineffective marketing  efforts that produced no offers. We felt the house was not being marketed properly and were frustrated by the passive sales and marketing techniques most realtors employed. It seemed not much had changed since we purchased the house 25 years earlier. Dozens of Agents called us that month but Jason was the only one we agreed to meet with. He reached out to us every week without being aggressive. He was enthusiastic, diligent and had new ideas that he wanted to share and we wanted to hear. At that first meeting, he impressed us not only with his market expertise but also with his preparedness. He had seen and been inside every house on the market that was comparable to ours. He evaluated the competition and had facts and stats to support the price he recommended (which was only $100 less than we had previously listed.) He asked us what worked for us so far. More importantly, he wanted to know what didn't.  He shared his visionary approach to marketing and selling in 2020. A talented photographer as well as realtor, Jason showed us the virtual video tours and 3 D models he used for other homes he had sold. When he offered to create a video for our home before making a decision, we were sold. Jason completed the video and 3D model within a few days. His plan addressed everything we talked about. No traditional open houses for buyers or agents. Three specific time blocks each week for showings Unless there was a special request, the house would not be shown any other times. He would be read at each and every show. A clearly defined avatar of the ideal buyer. FYI. He described the ideal buyer perfectly because that's exactly who purchased the house. Jason has an inside team that supports all his efforts which leaves him free to concentrate on marketing and selling. He is extremely responsive and is willing to do whatever's needed to ensure a great experience (including helping move boxes from the basement on the morning of the closing.) The entire process went smoothly and the goodwill and cooperation among the buyers, us and the agents being the icing on the cake. A job well done.
